On Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 10:30 AM, Hospice & Palliative Care of the Piedmont will host our 27th annual live butterfly release! The Friends of Hospice Committee sponsors this special occasion.

The event is held in honor and memory of special friends and family in our lives. The live butterflies are available for purchase for $15 each. A lovely note card will be sent to the person you honor on your form, or a card to the family of the person you are remembering. All forms must include complete addresses so that we may send the cards.
