The Hospice Care of the Piedmont Foundation holds our annual “Swing Fore Hospice” Golf Tournament the first Thursday in September at the Greenwood Country Club in Greenwood, SC.

This will be a Four-Person Captain’s Choice (scramble format). This format will have flights based upon team handicaps with an 8:00 AM or 1:30 PM shotgun start.
